Campari is like Aperol's bitter cousin. If you love a bitter flavor profile in your cocktails, you will love the Campari Spritz.


The Spritz was invented in Italy between the 1920s & 1930s. The cocktail was prepared with sparkling wine, sparkling water & a bitter digestive such as Aperol, Campari, Cynar, or Apertivo Select. Finished with a garnish of either green olive or a slice of orange. It is a perfect cocktail to drink on a beautiful sunny day.


Campari Spritz Recipe

1.5oz Campari

3oz Sparkling Wine

1oz Soda Water

Add all ingredients into a glass, add ice, and garnish with orange slices
